| Born in New York City, raised in New Jersey, I lived most of my adult life in the Boston area. Initially, I attended Boston University to obtain a business degree and later attended Babson College to obtain an MBA in marketing. I moved to Fort Myers in 2002. Having worked in telecommunications as a marketing professional for over 25 years, I transferred my skills to real estate. If you're looking for a home, you need a REALTOR who knows the market and knows where to find the home you are looking for. I specialize in newer-built homes (since 2003), pre-construction developments, and vacation homes in the Fort Myers area. I listen to what you want and only show you what meets your criteria. I represent you - not the developer or the other REALTOR. I make sure you understand what's involved in your home purchase - the real estate taxes, insurance information, condo fees or home owners' fees, what is and isn't included in the price of the home, and any other hidden fees. I communicate. I educate you on the process of buying a home and keep you informed about what's happening in the marketplace today. And once you buy a home, I keep you informed every step of the way as "checklist" items are completed. I provide a list of local mortgage companies, inspectors, home watchers, and other vendors to make your transition easier. Buying or selling a home can be stressful and difficult. My goal is to make your real estate transaction as comfortable and as stress free as possible.
