Warren initially became involved in real estate by investigating land fraud developments in the Pocono area of Pennsylvania for the U.S. Postal Inspection Service, the federal law enforcement arm of the Postal Service.  Investigating many types of postal crimes and fraud during his seven years of experience, his service eventually took him to New York City, where he subsequently left the Inspection Service to work on Wall Street as a tax shelter specialist. 

Residing in New York City, Warren was licensed to sell securities via his Series 7 and Series 61 licenses, and was involved with real estate partnerships, equipment leasing and oil drilling programs for eight years before relocating to Sarasota, Florida.

In Sarasota, Warren worked for Cavanaugh & Company, a public accounting firm.  During this time, he became a Certified Public Account licensed in the State of Georgia.  While working with Cavanaugh & Company, most duties involved auditing condominium associations and preparing federal tax returns. 

As an avid real estate investor since the age of twenty-five, Warren entered real estate full time as a licensed Realtor.  He also holds designations of GRI, Graduate of the Realtor Institute and RR&S, Resort & Recreation Specialist.   Working heavily with investors, Warren has specialized in condominium conversions since 2000, involved in over twenty separate projects, usually as the Managing Member.  He also operated Mango Bay Management, a management company for the rental of these properties. 

Warren has been a top producer in real estate and closed a record $51 million in transactions with Prudential Cascade Realty, Inc., in 2005 alone.  He has also been featured in the lead paragraphs of a real estate cover story for Fortune magazine in September 2004, on the cover of Gulf Coast Business Review and featured in the Sarasota Herald-Tribune.
