Most of you that have followed our newsletter over the last ten years know that we have in depth experience in condos, from designing then to building them to selling them and even living in them. In the past two we have visited all newer projects in town and have prepared some data for you as well as a series of video tours. Nils Richter and Ty Wespiser and I are pleased to offer this information for your review. I am sure there are errors, and please, this is by no means the final word on these projects – things change daily and thi wsa prepared orignally in SUmmer 2009. As things do change, and we become aware of the changes, you should be able to get the information from us or directly from the developers or sales centers, but we would hope you will work with us for all your sales and acquisition needs. ( We have sold more downtown condos this year that all the rest of the top five agencies combined.)
You can start with a review chart we prepared by linking here. This chart is stored on our FTP site and is a pdf. If you have trouble downloading it, send me an email and I will email you a copy.
Nils has also prepared videos of most of the projects and you can go to his site by going here: Market America Realty Condominiums Experts. You will enjoy commentary by Nils as he takes you through the condo projects one by one.
Buying a condo in our area is an extremely personal thing, but people always ask me where they should buy. I can’t answer that, only you can. But our team should be able to give you all the data you need to make the right decision.

Is it time to build single family?
We are starting to see inquiries on new product and some buyers prefer the warranties and clean bill of health that will come with a new home. They also want the home in locations where inventory is becoming tight. Accordingly we are meeting with home builders and beginning to accumulate attractive lots for new homes. More and More retirees are thinking that they would rather design a home they want and pay $40 - 60 more or per square foot to get it, and with today’s lower building costs this is possible. If you are thinking of building, please contact me and I will put you in touch with some of our building partners.
