There is an energy in the real estate market here in South Florida that is palatable. It’s also in the air like the energy you feel right before a lightning storm. Market America Realty’s weekly sales meeting this week had 32 agents attend. We had to hold it off site as none of our offices are big enough. Our Fort Myers location is the largest broker in terms of dollar sales and number of transactions in the immediate area; (58 transactions this year in downtown Fort Myers alone and over $10 million in sales - both condos and single family homes). We are opening up in Fort Lauderdale, looking for larger space in Sarasota, and expanding Lehigh Acres. I am looking to acquire more offices though out the state and we are expanding our property management and rental business. For me this business is about people, and we have great people.
